Interior Firefighting: No Live Fire (ELIF) FSC 2463

Lead Instructor – TBA Hours – 40 – Lecture-12.0hrs / Lab-28.0hrs

Prerequisites: 18 years old, ELEF, HMO Gear: TOG, SCBA

The goal of this program is to introduce entry level firefighters to the basic knowledge, skills, and abilities as they relate to interior fireground operations. This course is designed to introduce new firefighters to interior fireground operation including nozzles and streams, SCBA, rescue, ventilation, fire suppression, salvage, and firefighter survival. This is the fourth of four courses inthe curriculum. Live fire is not used during this program.

Non-Member Cost: $50 check made payable Schuylkill County Volunteer’s Firefighters Association on the first day of class.
